Three Springs Crossing

You may be familiar with the “bridges to nowhere” that we have in Durango – on Highway 160, just a bit west of Three Springs. But the inside story is that these bridges will indeed be leading somewhere in the very near future! GF Real Estate Group, a division of the SUIT Growth Fund Real Estate Group, purchased 37 acres that will be home to approximately 250,000 square feet of retail space on what used to be called the “Crader” property.  The parcel has been annexed into the City of Durango and plans for roadways are well underway. Read more in an article published in the Durango Herald.
