Pioneer Avenue is Taking Shape

The infrastructure of Pioneer Avenue is on track to be completed by the end of November 2016. After completing construction of the street back in October, this area near the Confluence Trail has quickly progressed and is nearly primed for home development.

Timberline Development will eventually construct fifteen single-level townhomes (rendering pictured below, click to enlarge in new tab).

SilverPick will also develop thirteen single family homes with an urban aesthetic.
