Digs Restaurant & Bar has new owners and a whole new look!

Dallas and Leila Parga, who currently own J.Fargo’s in Cortez, are excited to join the Three Springs community as the new owners of Digs. The Pargas have revamped the look of the restaurant, introduced a new menu, and will be open for lunch and dinner (seven days a week).
