Durango “One of the Coolest Burgs on Planet Earth”

The January 2009 issue of ColoradoBiz magazine featured Durango as one of the “coolest burgs on Planet Earth.” Calling our mountain town “the slickest little city in Colorado, especially if you like skiing, hotels, history and trains.” The article further went on to state that while the credit crunch has stalled development, big projects remain in the works. And that’s where Three Springs comes in. Featured in the article, the Three Springs neighborhood was showcased as one of the larger projects in Durango that is rolling “full steam ahead.” Evidence of that is that our resident list is growing, a new restaurant has opened up on Mercado Street, and people are coming to Three Springs to use our trails, parks and enjoy our open space.

So if Durango is one of the coolest burgs on Planet Earth, Three Springs is certainly one of the coolest places to live, work, shop and play in Durango.
