City of Durango approves Metro District No. 4 for Three Springs
Durango City Council unanimously approved a service plan for a fourth Metropolitan District for the Three Springs community.
Similar to the first three metro districts approved by the city 10 years ago, the formation of the proposed fourth district would finance approximately $2.66 million in recreation, landscaping, street, sidewalk, sewage and water improvements to a 39-acre parcel known as Three Springs Crossing.
